Sanding Assistant
to join our production team. This is a great chance to learn and work in a hands-on role with exciting projects.
What You'll Do:
Help sand and smooth surfaces using hand and power tools
Remove paint, rough spots, and marks to prepare for painting or finishing
Get surfaces ready for painting, staining, or coating
Work with painters, carpenters, and other team members to finish projects on time
Do small touch-ups and make sure the final finish looks great
Keep your work area clean and safe
Follow all safety rules and wear safety gear
What We're Looking For:
Some basic knowledge of sanding and surface prep (or willing to learn)
Ready to learn and grow in a hands-on job
Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
Careful and focused on doing quality work
Physically fit and okay with manual work
