As we open our very first retail location at Mercato Mall in Dubai, we're looking for a driven and customer-focused

Retail Sales Specialist

to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the in-store experience of a fast-emerging international brand.

Role Description

This is a

full-time, on-site position

based at our Mercato Mall kiosk in Dubai. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering a premium customer experience, sharing our brand story, and supporting day-to-day store operations.

Responsibilities

Warmly engage with customers to create a welcoming environment and drive sales Share detailed product knowledge and the story behind the NILO brand Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Maintain a clean and visually appealing store that reflects the brand image Accurately handle POS transactions and stock updates Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs Report customer feedback, sales activity, and daily summaries to the Store Manager Support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of in-store retail and sales experience Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a positive, engaging attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus Previous experience in the fashion or footwear industry is preferred Well-groomed and professional appearance, aligned with brand standards Ability to handle point-of-sale systems and basic inventory management tools Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required
