Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and presentable

Russian-speaking Female Retail Sales Specialist

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for fashion and customer service, and the ability to engage with high-end clientele, especially Russian-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities

:

Greet and assist customers in a professional, courteous manner Understand and present product features and benefits to customers Drive sales to achieve store targets and KPIs Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently Ensure the shop floor is organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing Process transactions accurately on the POS system Assist with stock receiving, tagging, and inventory Stay updated with product knowledge and promotions

Requirements

Fluent in Russian

(English proficiency is a must; Arabic is a plus) Minimum 1 year of retail or fashion sales experience in the UAE preferred Presentable with strong interpersonal and selling skills Passionate about fashion and retail
