Dicetek LLC is hiring a Sanctions Screening Specialist with expertise in Firco systems to manage tuning, quality assurance, and product enhancements. The role involves working with compliance teams, IT, and vendors to ensure effective system performance, accurate screening, and alignment with governance requirements.

What You'll Do

• Manage tuning, QA, and product management of Firco Continuity and Firco Trust systems
• Provide expertise in FircoSoft screening solutions including Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, Firco Screen and Keep (FSK), FMM, FML, and FLV
• Analyze and interpret data using mining and analytical tools to improve system performance
• Develop and maintain business requirement documents for compliance system enhancements
• Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to manage system changes and performance improvements
• Assess, review, and fine-tune sanction screening rules, exceptions, and algorithms
• Monitor system effectiveness and prepare reports for senior management
• Support compliance procedures by evaluating system alignment with governance standards

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Professional certifications in IT or compliance preferred
• Minimum 5 years of compliance experience, with at least 3 years in sanction screening tuning roles within a financial institution
• Hands-on experience with Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, and related FircoSoft systems
• Strong knowledge of screening technologies, algorithms, and business rules
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
