Salary: AED 2,500 - 3,500 (based on experience)
We are looking for a Saloon Supervisor for a small but growing ladies' saloon. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-organized, and experienced in all aspects of beauty services and front-desk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-ins, calls, and manage reservations professionally
Maintain good PR with customers, ensure satisfaction and repeat visits
Oversee staff and daily operations
Knowledge of all saloon services (hair, nails, Moroccan bath, facial, waxing, etc.)
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth customer flow
Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of customer service and teamwork
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Salary & Benefits:
AED 2,500-3,500 (based on experience)
Commission/incentives can be discussed after probation
