We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Salon Supervisor

who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Train, and manage a diverse team of beauty professionals.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity

and growth.

- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure high standards of service.

- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for various salon activities.

- Manage scheduling, inventory, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal functioning.

- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to procure high-quality products and equipment.

- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to optimize costs without compromising quality.

- Understand and cater to the specific needs and preferences of our Arab clientele.

- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Handle client feedback and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive salon experience.Marketing & Business Development:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote salon services and attract new clientele.

- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the local market.

Key Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years experience in the salon business with atleast 2 years as a

manager

- preferably an experience in setting up a salon

- Native Arabic - mandatory

- Hair Stylist experience is a huge plus

- Excellent understanding of salon operations and procurement processes

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
