Back Alive Barbershop isn't your regular barbershop. We're one of Dubai's most viral and recognized grooming brands known for quality, precision, and the experience we deliver every day.
We're expanding fast, and we're looking for a sharp Operations Manager who can help us keep things running like a machine organized, consistent, and world-class.

What You'll Do

Make sure both branches (City Walk & Marina) open on time and run smoothly every day. Keep staff accountable for grooming, attendance, and performance. Monitor client experience and ensure every visit feels premium. Handle daily reports, KPIs, inventory, and maintenance follow-ups. Keep owners fully updated on performance, issues, and improvements. Be the link between management and the team communicate clearly and lead effectively.

Who We're Looking For

Proactive, hard-working, tech-savvy, and highly organized. Prior experience in operations, hospitality, or retail management is a big plus. Excellent at communication and people leadership. Obsessed with details, structure, and accountability. Able to follow SOPs precisely and keep the team aligned. Knows how to stay calm, professional, and solution-oriented.

Tools You'll Use

Google Sheets, Notion, WhatsApp, Fresha, and basic report systems.

Salary:

6,000 - 7,000 AED
