Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily salon operations and ensure a high-quality customer experience Supervise, support, and motivate the salon team Handle staff scheduling, performance, and training Manage appointment bookings and resolve client concerns Maintain salon cleanliness, organization, and professional standards Monitor inventory and manage product orders Assist with marketing, promotions, and social media coordination Handle cash management and basic administrative tasks
Requirements:

Previous experience as a salon manager or similar leadership role Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of beauty salon services and industry trends Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment Customer-service oriented with a professional, positive attitude Basic knowledge of booking systems and administrative procedures Preferred: Experience managing a team in a salon or spa setting
