. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining exceptional service standards, leading high-performing teams, and delivering a consistently premium guest experience while ensuring strong operational control.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Performance
Lead monthly and weekly sales targets across all locations
Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives
Improve average ticket value, utilization, and overall profitability
Operations Management
Oversee daily salon operations including opening/closing procedures
Manage bookings, cash handling, stock control, and SOP compliance
Ensure smooth and efficient workflows across all branches
Team Leadership
Manage staff rosters, productivity, and performance KPIs
Coach, motivate, and develop teams to deliver consistent service excellence
Handle performance management and disciplinary actions when required
Client Experience & Retention
Uphold VIP service standards and luxury guest experiences
Resolve client concerns professionally and effectively
Drive repeat business through loyalty programs and rebooking strategies
Brand & Quality Standards
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and presentation
Ensure all locations consistently reflect the brand's luxury positioning
Reporting & Analysis
Track and report KPIs including revenue, retail sales, productivity, rebooking rates, and cancellations/no-shows
Submit daily and weekly performance reports to senior management
Supplier & Inventory Control
Forecast product demand and manage inventory efficiently
Minimize wastage and maintain optimal stock levels
Liaise with suppliers and negotiate where applicable
Requirements
3-5+ years of salon management experience (luxury beauty, health & wellness preferred)
Proven success in achieving sales targets and improving team performance through KPIs
Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-cultural teams
Proficiency with salon booking systems, POS, and operational reporting
Excellent client service and service recovery skills
Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as required
