We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Salon Beauty Manager
to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and in-depth knowledge of beauty and salon services.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily salon operations and ensure high standards of service and cleanliness.
Manage, motivate, and train staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Handle client inquiries, bookings, and resolve any service-related issues professionally.
Maintain inventory levels and manage product orders.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase salon revenue.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Prepare daily and monthly reports for management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Salon Manager or Beauty Supervisor
(minimum 2 years preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of beauty, hair, and spa services.
Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using salon management software is an advantage.
Must be well-presented, professional, and customer-oriented.
