We are looking for a minimum of 5 years experienced and highly organized
Salon Manager
to oversee daily operations, staff performance, customer experience, and financial controls. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who can maintain high service standards in a fast-paced, family-focused spa environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Standards
Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure services meet brand and hygiene standards
Supervise kids spa services, birthday parties, and mother-daughter treatments
Ensure smooth scheduling of appointments and party bookings
Team Management
Supervise, schedule, and monitor staff attendance and leaves
Address staff issues, conduct performance checks, and ensure team compliance
Support training and maintain consistent service quality
Customer Experience
Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Handle complaints and feedback professionally
Maintain a welcoming, safe, and clean environment
Finance & Administration
Monitor daily sales, payments, cash handling, and invoices
Ensure accurate financial records and end-of-day reconciliation
Coordinate with accounts/management on reports and discrepancies
Inventory & Stock Control
Track stock levels and salon supplies
Place orders and manage inventory efficiently
Ensure availability of products, tools, and party materials
Requirements
Previous experience as a Salon Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role
Experience in salon, spa, hospitality, or customer-focused environments
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
Comfortable handling cash, invoices, and basic financial reporting
Professional, reliable, and customer-oriented
Ability to work with children and families
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Experience:
