We are urgently seeking an energetic and customer-focused Salon Manager for a kids' salon. The ideal candidate will manage daily salon operations, ensure excellent customer service, entertain and engage children, and maintain a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon
Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner
Entertain and engage children to ensure a joyful salon experience
Supervise staff and ensure high service standards
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance
Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
Monitor inventory and ensure supplies are always available
Handle billing, cash, and basic reporting
Support marketing activities and promotions when required

Requirements
Previous experience as a Salon Manager, Supervisor, or in a similar role
Experience working with children is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, patient, and energetic personality
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
