Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent client experiences.
Manage, train, and motivate salon staff, including beauticians, technicians, and receptionists.
Monitor appointment schedules, inventory, and product orders efficiently.
Ensure all services are delivered according to the salon's quality standards and hygiene policies.
Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate financial records, daily sales reports, and staff performance tracking.
Collaborate with management on business development, new services, and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing a ladies' beauty salon in the UAE.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of salon services, beauty trends, and customer care standards.
Experience in marketing, social media management, and client retention strategies.
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Presentable, professional, and service-oriented personality.
