Oversee daily salon operations and staff schedules
Maintain high standards of hygiene and customer service
Achieve monthly sales and service targets
Train, motivate and supervise stylists, technicians, and reception staff
Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers
Handle customer feedback, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction
Develop marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract clients
Requirements:
Female candidates only (ladies' salon)
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in salon management in the UAE (preferred)
Strong knowledge of beauty & wellness services
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Customer-oriented with ability to upsell services
Ability to manage social media promotions is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
