Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee daily salon activities and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and professional ambiance of the salon.
Manage stock levels, product ordering, and supplier coordination.
Customer Service
Ensure outstanding customer experience and satisfaction.
Handle client inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
Develop loyalty programs and promotions to retain and attract clients.
Staff Management
Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff (hairstylists, beauticians, receptionists, etc.).
Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance.
Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing coaching.
Business Development
Achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
Implement marketing and social media strategies to promote services.
Introduce new beauty services and trends to attract clients.
Financial Management
Monitor daily sales and cash handling.
Prepare reports on salon performance.
Control expenses and maximize revenue.
Requirements
Female, with proven experience as a Beauty Salon Manager or in a supervisory role in the beauty industry.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of beauty services, treatments, and latest industry trends.
Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
Basic knowledge of financial reporting and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Office and salon management software (preferred).
Education & Experience
Diploma or Certification in Beauty/Salon Management or related field (preferred).
Minimum
3-5 years' experience
in salon/spa management.
