Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of salon and spa operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, inventory management, and financial oversight.
Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of skilled professionals, such as hairstylists, massage therapists, estheticians, and support staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
Ensure the highest level of service quality by establishing and maintaining service standards, protocols, and training programs.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth, optimize resource allocation, and achieve revenue targets.
Develop and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring optimal staff utilization and client satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, innovations, and best practices to enhance service offerings and customer experiences.
Oversee inventory management, product orders, and vendor relationships to ensure a well-stocked and diverse range of products.
Collaborate with service providers to enhance and expand service menus, introducing new treatments and packages.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in salon and spa management or a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of various salon and spa services, treatments, and industry trends.
