Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth service delivery
Lead, train, and supervise a team of stylists, beauticians, and front-desk staff
Drive revenue by setting and achieving monthly sales targets
Implement effective strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
Monitor staff performance and motivate the team to meet upselling and cross-selling goals
Maintain high standards of hygiene, service quality, and customer experience
Oversee inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships
Handle client feedback and resolve concerns professionally
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
2 plus years of experience
in a salon managerial role
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Proven success in
sales growth and achieving revenue targets
In-depth knowledge of salon operations, treatments, and industry trends
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Proficiency in salon software and systems is a plus
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a bonus
