Salon Managers
to lead our
Sharjah and Dubai Mall
branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and ensure smooth salon functioning
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of barbers, stylists, and front-desk staff
Deliver a high-end customer experience tailored to a discerning male clientele
Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management
Monitor product inventory, supply orders, and budget control
Implement grooming trends, promotions, and customer retention strategies
Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality compliance at all times
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience in salon/spa management (men's grooming experience preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent client service and team coordination abilities
Proficient with salon software and modern salon operations
Well-groomed, professional appearance with attention to detail
