Ensuring outstanding customer service and satisfaction
Handling stock orders, inventory, and salon supplies
Managing budgets, targets, and salon performance goals
Ensuring the salon is clean, professional, and welcoming at all times
Who You Are:
Experienced in salon or retail management (2+ years preferred)
Confident, organised, and people-focused
Passionate about beauty, hair, and wellness trends
A natural leader with strong communication skills
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with booking systems, POS, and salon software
