We are a premium beauty salon offering luxury experiences in hair, skin, and wellness. We're looking for a dynamic, driven female Salon Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, and drive high-value sales through a client-first approach.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
Lead, train & motivate the salon team for performance and service excellence
Manage appointment scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations
Achieve monthly sales targets through upselling and premium client experience
Build and maintain strong client relationships for retention & referrals
Track KPIs, handle client feedback, and ensure top-notch service quality
Strategize and execute promotions to increase revenue
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in salon/spa management or hospitality
Strong communication, leadership & people management skills
Able to communicate effectively in Arabic (Preffered)
Preference will be given to candidates available in Qatar.
