Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

Recruit, hire, train, schedule, supervise, and motivate stylists/technicians; ensure continuous training.

Operations:

Manage daily opening/closing, maintain salon cleanliness and safety, handle equipment maintenance, oversee client intake.

Financials:

Monitor budgets, control expenditure, manage inventory (ordering, stocking, rotation), process transactions, drive profitability.

Customer Experience:

Set service standards, resolve complaints, implement feedback systems, build client loyalty.

Marketing:

Develop and execute marketing/advertising campaigns (social media, local ads) to attract clients.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
