Salon Manager
to oversee daily operations, lead a professional team, and ensure top-quality service in a luxury salon setting in the GCC.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day salon operations and staff schedules
Motivate, train, and support the beauty team
Maintain high standards of client service and salon hygiene
Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns effectively
Oversee stock control, product ordering, and inventory
Drive sales, promotions, and client retention strategies
Report performance updates to management
