Train and motivate staff to achieve performance goals
Monitor sales targets and implement promotional strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience in a salon or spa management role
Strong knowledge of beauty and hair services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead a team and handle pressure
Familiarity with salon software and appointment systems
