Follow up with demands and supplies, monitor the inventory by coordinating with the shops\xe2\x80\x99 team Leaders. Coordinate and implement staffs\xe2\x80\x99 schedules. Generate a range of reports related to HR/ Trainings, Maintenance and Finance. Assist the Manager in coaching and evaluating employees performance.
