Job Description
A luxurious LADIES SALON is looking for a Branch Supervisor
- Welcome and assist clients from reception to the service section.
- Ensures clients have a quality experience in the branch.
- Oversee daily salon operations.
- Organize employees' shifts, considering peak times and seasonality.
- Assist in product inventory as needed.
- Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment and facilities.
- Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations.
- Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards.
- Maintain staff records and branch legal documents.
- Relieve frontliner/cashier as required.
- Managing Salon: 1 year (Required)
