Job Overview Manager role is to oversee all aspects of the operations of Hair, Nails, Massage and other beauty sections. Her core duties include managing staff and operations, overseeing store and the facility maintenance & management, developing budgets and creating marketing and promotions campaigns. Staff-related responsibilities includes in addition to hiring, training & development and scheduling employees. In addition, the Managers might interact directly with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction with our salon services and personnel. Responsibilities Employees: Daily supervision of their attendance, tasks, behavior and performance and updating their job descriptions and tasks. Lead & supervise the salon staff team in providing excellent customer services and maximizing salon profit as per their monthly target. Continuous training & developing the staff in procedure, protocols, policy and health regulations and evaluating and developing new services & products, and wise use of products. Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage for the salon's needs, including weekly day-off, overtime work & annual leaves. Routine HR operations as per our policy & procedures. Inspecting staff accommodation as per policy. Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the salon, SPA & the GYM including opening and closing procedures, daily petty cash, staff behavior/performance and customer services & clients' data and records. Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to staff disputes & keep clients' satisfaction. This includes the monthly/yearly increasing of the salon clients' numbers with at least 20-30%. Account for and report all the expenses of the salon on a daily/weekly and monthly base. Prepare and maintain sales, inventory and customer reports & analyze/evaluates any loss of money (including misuse of the products) or clients. Manage inventory salon products by maintaining records of stock quantities on hand and ordering replacement items on a weekly & every 3 months Store inventory. Follow up with different suppliers, negotiating, checking their delivery as per quantity and quality, supervise their accounts/balance and arranging their payments. Searching for new products, improving or develop new services or marketing packages and offers. Supervise daily/weekly cleaning, hygiene, dress code and appearance and facility management & maintenance . Any other tasks as per the Owners' guidance. Reporting
