Mamari Estates is looking for an experienced Sales/Training Manager to lead our team in both off?plan and secondary markets. You'll build, train, and mentor agents, drive sales targets, and help scale our boutique agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and coach real estate agents
- Monitor performance, set targets, and report weekly sales metrics
- Troubleshoot deals and ensure smooth transactions
- Lead team meetings, training sessions, and one?on?one reviews
- Manage CRM data, lead assignments, and pipeline follow?up
- Oversee compliance with contracts, KYC, and RERA regulations
- Coordinate listings, marketing plans, and administrative workflows
- Cultivate client relationships and represent the company at events
Must?Have Experience:
- Proven track record as a sales/Training or team manager in Dubai real estate
- Hands?on experience with off?plan and secondary market transactions
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills
- Comfortable with CRM systems, reporting, and performance analysis
- Organized, proactive, and able to drive a high?performance culture
