1. Conduct market surveys and monitor projects activities in the target territories;
2. Maintain relationships with existing Clients to generate new business;
3. Develop and deliver technical presentations on products or services to Clients;
4. Answer Clients' questions on products, services, prices, and potential delivery schedules;
5. Process Clients' enquiries / tenders, prepare & submit offers / proposals; negotiate prices to win P/orders & contracts;
6. Ensure prompt follow-up with customers for P/orders, Technical issues, Commercial Terms and Payment terms, etc.;
7. Research, evaluate and shortlist vendors based on quality, service, reliability, competitiveness and their reputation;
8. Prepare the Inquiry Form to be shared with selected suppliers to include all requirements (Technical, Commercial, Incoterms, Warranty, Delivery, Validity, Type of Certificate, etc...);
9. Prepare the tabulation based on received offers with all techno-commercial details and clarifications;
10. Obtain recommendations from suppliers for substitute items, if and when required;
11. Prepare purchase orders to be placed with the selected vendors;
12. Place P/Orders and maintain a close follow up on its progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Petroleum);
1 to 2 years of Experience preferably in the oil and gas industry;
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Problem-solving and organizational skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
