Identify and develop new business opportunities across a wide range of industries (construction, manufacturing, logistics, oil & gas, and more) for our health and safety training programs.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in various industries, ensuring effective and continuous communication.
Create and implement effective sales strategies to boost the growth of our training services.
Actively generate leads, utilizing both digital marketing and traditional sales techniques to reach potential clients in multiple sectors.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs for the department.
Meet and bring in new clients and projects, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing client engagement.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by dealing with them effectively and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Regularly visit clients to propose our services, negotiate contracts, and foster strong business partnerships.
Work closely with our Training and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and provide post-sales support to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the training or health and safety field.
Strong understanding of various industries, including construction, manufacturing, logistics, oil & gas, and others that require health and safety training.
Excellent ability to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English. Arabic is a plus.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
A proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and network effectively across multiple industries.
