We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesman with experience in selling industrial machinery or heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in machinery sales, be fluent in English and Arabic, and possess a valid UAE driving license. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell a range of machinery and equipment to customers across various
industries.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients to demonstrate product features
and benefits.
Identify market trends and competitor activities to formulate sales strategies.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Handle negotiations and close sales deals effectively.
Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the service team when needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all machinery offered and ensure accurate product
recommendations.
Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in machinery or heavy equipment sales.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Valid UAE driving license.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of local market and industry trends is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering,or related field.
Previous experience in the UAE market is highly desirable.
