About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Salesman to handle the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) segment in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the UAE food service market, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely collections.
Conduct regular market visits to promote products and monitor competition.
Coordinate with the logistics and merchandising teams to ensure smooth order delivery.
Provide feedback on pricing, promotions, and market trends.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HORECA or food service sales in the UAE.
Valid UAE driving license is required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Presentable, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Good knowledge of Dubai routes and HORECA customer network preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
