Identify and develop new business opportunities within the joinery and carpentry market
Promote and sell custom woodwork solutions to contractors, designers, developers, and end clients
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project consultations
Understand drawings, BOQs, and specifications to prepare accurate quotations
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals effectively
Coordinate with production, design, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain a strong client database and follow up on leads like a professional, not a ghost
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in joinery & carpentry sales
Strong understanding of wood materials, finishes, and joinery techniques
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
English Language proficiency is the most
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
Valid driving license preferred
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
Good computer skills (CRM, MS Office)
Experience
Minimum 2-4 years in joinery or interior fit-out sales preferred
