About the Role:

We are seeking a

highly driven and experienced Sales Executive

with a background in

carpentry and joinery solutions

. The ideal candidate will have an established network of contacts in the construction and interior fit-out industry, including developers, main contractors, consultants, and procurement managers.

This is a strategic sales role focused on business development, project acquisition, and relationship management across Dubai and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, target, and secure new joinery and carpentry projects from developers, contractors, interior fit-out firms, and consultants. Build strong relationships with procurement managers, project engineers, and decision-makers within construction and design firms. Present our joinery offerings including bespoke woodwork, cabinetry, doors, wardrobes, reception counters, wall paneling, and other custom furniture solutions. Prepare quotations, attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and close deals. Collaborate with estimators and production teams to ensure proposals meet client specifications and timelines. Track project pipelines and follow up on leads, tenders, and inquiries. Represent the company at relevant exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in

carpentry, joinery, or fit-out industries

in the UAE. Existing client base and network within

construction, development, and interior design sectors

. Proven track record of securing B2B or project-based contracts in joinery/woodwork. Strong understanding of

materials, finishes, and production timelines

related to bespoke joinery. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Valid UAE Driving License is

mandatory

.

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical knowledge of wood types, finishes, and joinery detailing. Experience working with design teams, consultants, or site engineers.

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED4,200.00 per month
