- Tech PM:
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth execution of sprints.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and business analysts to ensure technical feasibility.
- Identify and mitigate risks while managing project timelines and budgets.
- Drive stakeholder communication and manage expectations effectively.
