Responsibilities

Translate business needs into requirements and work with the delivery team throughout the entire project lifecycle Required to conduct workshops to gather business Develop functional requirements Salesforce configuration Provide user training Conduct UAT phase with the client Manage team, people and client relationship

Essential Requirements

3+ years of Salesforce expertise in Business Analysis Real Estate industry experience Business Requirement Gathering (not QA): this role is primarily focused on front-end discovery, interviewing stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and translating complex business needs into actionable functional specifications Based in UAE

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field 5+ years of experience as business analyst with minimum 3 years in Salesforce Advanced skills in business analysis with the ability to capture requirements, make recommendations, and optimize implementation to meet overall business goals Knowledge in Software Design and/or coding languages is a major strength Problem solving; positive approach and conflict resolution Ability to organize and manage competing priorities simultaneously Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Experience in development and delivery of end-user training for business systems is a plus Functional / Industry knowledge is a plus Must have residency permit * Ability to travel
