Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Description
The Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for understanding and analyzing business requirements related to Salesforce, designing Salesforce solutions to meet those requirements, and working closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. Minimum 4 year to 6 years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst 2. Minimum 3 years of experience on Salesforce Platform. 3. Desirable to have experience on Freezone Processes. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements related to and translate those requirements into technical specifications.
- Design and document Salesforce solutions, including but not limited to configuration, custom development, and integrations with other systems.
- Work with developers to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce and Freezone industry processes and practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to ensure adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Support end-users by providing training and documentation on Salesforce solutions.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimization of Salesforce solutions, and work with stakeholders to implement those improvements.
- Work with other teams to ensure data integrity and consistency between Salesforce and other systems.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and make recommendations for incorporating those into the organization\'s Salesforce solutions.
- Hands on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Product, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
- Have functional knowledge on Salesforce CRM
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Ability to understand and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with developers, stakeholders, and end-users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Develop skills and acquire additional knowledge appropriate to the position on an ongoing basis
- Keep abreast with the latest updates that may be significant to the area of work
- Continuously improve the quality assurance process by identifying and implementing new tools and techniques.
