Responsibilities

Creation of Business requirements documents and Functional specifications as required by the Projects. Expert in using the Powerpoints, Visio, excel and other tools to create the requirement documents Should have experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience cloud Understanding of the Salesforce OOTB offerings Expert in stakeholder mapping and management Conduct requirement gathering sessions, documentation of Business requirements, documenting functional specifications Create user stories for the Agile Sprints Collaborating with the Business and IT teams to ensure the requirements feasibility analysis done to cater the Business needs. Prepare functional and technical specifications for external suppliers or for in-house implementation. Prepare the use cases and develop test cases for User Acceptance testing Partnering with the Test managers in the larger projects to ensure correct Business requirements are delivered Understand current business processes and document them in methodological manner Have working knowledge of multiple commercially available CRM Leverage knowledge of the application to define technical configuration requirements as appropriate Create and update Requirement Traceability Matrix RTM post functional verification Work with business users to align functional requirements to functional areas * Support business users implement new or amended CRM business processes
