Role- Salesforce Business Analyst
6 plus years experience as Business analyst with salesforce background
Salesforce CRM knowledge or certified with experience on sales related processes and functions
Should be able to plan and execute discovery workshops to understand the as-is business processes and pain points
Should be able to create as-is and to-be process diagrams in Visio or similar tool
Should be able to write BRDs and other deliverables in high quality English
Very strong English communication skills with ability to present requirements demos etc for the audience to clearly understand
Airline experience is a major plus point
