We are looking for a highly motivated and professional individual with strong communication skills and a passion for customer engagement. This role involves managing client interactions, supporting sales processes, and promoting our services to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders
Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate customer requirements
Identify new business opportunities and support sales initiatives
Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or sales-related role, preferably within engineering or technical services
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Own visa preferred
