Falcon Group of Companies is seeking an experienced
Sales/Business Development Manager
to grow sales and expand market presence across the UAE. Candidates must have experience in
building materials or construction-related products
, preferably in
glass, pipes, facade systems, or metal works
.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business and expand client base within the construction sector.
Promote and sell products such as glass, pipes, facade systems, and structural materials.
Achieve sales targets through regular follow-ups, client visits, and presentations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical product briefs.
Support marketing activities, market research, and competitor analysis.
Manage social media updates, promotions, and participation in exhibitions.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely after-sales support.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and deliveries.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years
of experience in building materials or construction sales.
Background in
glass, pipes, facades, cladding, or aluminum/steel products
preferred.
Strong UAE construction market network is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
