We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Saleswoman to join our apparel collection company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable apparel products
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's apparel collections, trends, and promotions
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately
Ensure attractive visual merchandising and maintain store cleanliness
Manage stock levels, assist with inventory checks, and report shortages
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Requirements
Previous experience in retail or apparel sales is an advantage
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Well-groomed, confident, and presentable personality
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
