Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new B2B clients in construction, manufacturing, logistics, and related sectors.
Conduct field visits to showcase product samples and explain product features and benefits.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales effectively.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and weekly reporting.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, safety standards, and competitor offerings.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery, and client service.
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support product development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven outdoor sales experience (preferably in footwear, PPE, or B2B products).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi/Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably in safety shoes or industrial products.
Knowledge of the UAE market and client base in relevant industries.
