The Saleswoman will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling the company's interior fit-out services to potential and existing clients. This role involves understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, building long-term relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have experience in the interior fit-out or construction industry and be capable of handling the complete sales cycle -- from lead generation to project handover.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and target potential clients in corporate, retail, residential, and hospitality sectors.
Generate new business through cold calls, site visits, networking, and online research.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals to convert them into confirmed projects.
2. Client Relationship Management
Meet with clients to understand their needs, design preferences, and budget.
Maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Sales & Marketing
Present the company's services and portfolio to potential customers.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules.
Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, social media promotions, and company branding.
4. Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with the design, estimation, and project management teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project execution.
Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated to internal departments.
Monitor project timelines and address client feedback proactively.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of client communications, sales activities, and project updates.
Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
Track performance against sales targets and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum
4 years of experience
in sales within the
interior fit-out, furniture, or construction
industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
Strong knowledge of interior design materials, finishes, and fit-out processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
UAE driving license
is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in
Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design
, or a related field.
