The Sales Training & Development Manager will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering effective training programmes for sales teams within the Real Estate industry. • Design and implement comprehensive sales training programmes tailored to the needs of the team.

A successful Manager - Sales Training & Development should have:

• A strong background in sales training and development within the Real Estate industry.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective training programmes.

• Proficiency in using modern training tools and technologies.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
