This role goes beyond classroom training -- it involves traveling to Russia and neighbouring countries to identify, mentor, and train promising young sales professionals, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to succeed in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging sales training sessions, workshops, and presentations.
Scout and assess potential sales talent across Russia and neighbouring countries.
Conduct training programs on real estate products, sales techniques, negotiation, and client engagement.
Design onboarding and refresher training modules tailored for new and existing sales teams.
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and implement improvement plans.
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to ensure continuous development.
Act as a mentor and motivator for young professionals entering the real estate field.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
sales
, preferably within
real estate development or brokerage
.
Prior experience in
sales training, coaching, or mentoring
is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to
travel internationally
(Russia and neighbouring countries) for training and recruitment purposes.
Energetic, confident, and passionate about developing people and driving performance.
