Inbound Calls:
Answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding customers through purchases.
Sales & Persuasion:
Using scripts, asking questions to identify needs, negotiating, upselling, and closing deals.
Data Management:
Accurately recording customer info, interactions, orders, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Customer Relationship Management:
Building rapport, ensuring satisfaction, and encouraging repeat business.
Product Knowledge:
Staying updated on all offerings, features, and new products.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meeting or exceeding daily/monthly sales quotas and KPIs.

Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
