Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calls:

Contacting potential or existing customers to introduce products/services, promote offers, and generate leads.

Inbound Calls:

Answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding customers through purchases.

Sales & Persuasion:

Using scripts, asking questions to identify needs, negotiating, upselling, and closing deals.

Data Management:

Accurately recording customer info, interactions, orders, and follow-ups in the CRM.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building rapport, ensuring satisfaction, and encouraging repeat business.

Product Knowledge:

Staying updated on all offerings, features, and new products.

Target Achievement:

Consistently meeting or exceeding daily/monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
Essential Skills & Requirements

Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Patience, persistence, and a persuasive attitude. Ability to follow scripts while adapting to customer needs. Strong organization and data entry skills. Resilience to handle rejection and manage stress. Familiarity with CRM software and databases.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
