Job Summary:

We are hiring a results-driven

Telesales Executive

with strong experience in the

automotive service / garage industry

. This role is focused on

driving revenue through outbound sales calls

, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and achieving aggressive sales targets. The candidate must be energetic, persuasive, and hungry for results.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

high-volume outbound calls

daily to generate new business and upsell existing customers. Promote and sell auto service packages (maintenance, repairs, detailing, accident repair, etc.). Achieve and exceed

monthly/quarterly sales KPIs

including: Minimum call volume per day Lead conversion rate (%) Monthly booking revenue target Repeat customer acquisition target Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through follow-ups and referrals. Handle customer objections and close deals effectively. Work closely with workshop service advisors to ensure bookings are honored. Track all interactions in CRM and provide daily/weekly sales reports. Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals set by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

2-4 years of proven experience in

telesales/telemarketing in auto garage/auto services

(mandatory). Strong knowledge of automotive services and customer pain points. Fluent in

English

Hindi/Urdu/Arabic

is a strong advantage. Highly persuasive with excellent closing skills. Goal-oriented, target-driven, and motivated by incentives. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
