Manage inbound sales inquiries (email, chat, phone) and route leads to the appropriate sales executive.
Schedule appointments, demos, and follow-ups for the sales team using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Prepare and send sales proposals, contracts, and quotes to clients.
Track sales pipelines and update CRM records to ensure accurate reporting.
Customer Communication:
Respond to customer questions regarding products/services, pricing, and promotions.
Assist in resolving customer complaints or escalations in collaboration with the sales team.
Send order confirmations, invoices, and post-purchase follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks:
Generate sales reports (weekly/monthly) on lead conversion, revenue, and team performance.
Maintain sales databases and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems.
Coordinate with marketing to align sales collateral, promotions, and lead-generation campaigns.
Team Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
Organize virtual sales meetings and take minutes for action items.
Assist in training new sales team members on processes and tools.
