Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
Assign tasks, set daily/weekly/monthly goals, and ensure team productivity.
Monitor team performance through KPIs, reports, and regular evaluations.
Conduct training and coaching sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Handle customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with marketing and management to align sales goals with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth.
