Key Responsibilities:
Lead, guide, and support the sales team to achieve targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching where needed.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the sales department.
Requirements:
Age preferably below 33 years.
Open to all genders.
Education is not mandatory if relevant experience is proven.
Must have prior experience in auto spare parts.
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
Salary & Benefits:
AED 3,000 - 4,000 (depending on experience).
